A family living in Myanmar would be losing their home in a plastic water bottle that we carelessly threw away. Environmental problems have created conflicts in many countries. Then, many have lost their homes and been driven out of their own countries. A series of serious results which has created constant victims and now the number of world refugees is 68.5M in 2019 and is expected to increase to a more significant figure in the future. Among them, more than 60 percent are female refugees.

However, despite the large number of 60 per cent, it is true that women are still in the minority and lack special suggestions for the group. A significant minority is no longer a minority and deserves to be a majority who could generate their values. According to the report from Rescueworks, it suggests that refugee women can create significant value when they have decent jobs. Also, when the current generation of women has the right jobs, the impact on the next generation will have a positive effect. In addition, professional equality in the economic activities of refugees will further be the beginning of gender equality around the world.

According to RescueWorks, refugee women could generate up to $1.4 Trillion to annual global GDP, if employment and earnings gender gaps were closed in each of the top 30 hosting countries.

I would take advantage of the Internet and present Mentor-Mentee Education Services, which could be continuously participated and encourage refugees to keep studying.
